Our founder, Vinita Sahitya is a Corporate Lawyer and Company Secretary with more than 17 years of extensive experience in the legal field. Having experience in multifaceted legal matters over the years, she specialises in handling complex and varied nature of legal work across many sectors for domestic and international clients, including clients from the UAE, Japan, and several European jurisdictions .
