Our Founder

Our founder, Vinita Sahitya is a Corporate Lawyer and Company Secretary with more than 15 years of extensive experience in the legal field. 

Having experience in multifaceted legal matters over the years, she specialises in handling complex and varied nature of legal work across many sectors for domestic and international clients. 

Besides advisory on general corporate laws, she has extensively worked on different kinds of commercial contracts including complex contracts in infrastructure sector. 

With rich transactional experience, she has handled multiple assignments relating to deals involving acquisition, investment, divestment, joint venture & strategic alliance and provided end to end support. While representing interests of investors, acquirers, target companies and promoters over the years, she has gained experience of looking at transactions from all parties’ perspective and protect their interest at all stages of the deals.

She has worked on labour and employment issues, and has assisted several MNCs in implementing policies focused on employees for imbibing culture of compliance under laws on prevention of sexual harassment of women at work place, anti-bribery, anti-trust/competition, data protection, etc. and provided corporate training. 

She has advised and handled insolvency, liquidation and litigation matters in a holistic manner to reach to a solution.

Being passionate about writing, she regularly writes on legal issues in line with Firm’s objectives to act as legal fulcrum for clients.

Besides the fact that she has largely worked with law firms, she had also worked as Legal Assistant to Registrar of Companies at Ras Al-Khaimah Investment Authority, a free zone in Ras Al-Khaimah, UAE and assist clients in registering their business entity.
