Our Partner, Ranu Maheshwari is a Corporate Lawyer and Company Secretary with more than 15 years of extensive experience in the legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
She has worked in legal, regulatory and compliance role with real estate developers, namely Experion, EROS Group and AEZ Group for many years and a 5 star garment manufacturing export house before starting her own practice.
Before joining the Firm, she had been handling legal, regulatory and compliance functions for several clients. She has extensively advised clients on foreign exchange laws, companies act, securities laws, etc. and procured regulatory approvals for enabling their business.
She has advised, drafted and negotiated various types of contracts and documentation for getting through several day to day business deals and M&A transactions.
With comprehensive industry experience, she has the knack of handling legal issues from a holistic view point.
Our Partner, Vini Gupta, is a Corporate Lawyer and Company Secretary with more than 14 years of extensive experience in legal, regulatory and compliance matters.
She specializes in advising clients on General Corporate Laws and drafting & negotiating different kinds of Commercial Contracts for companies. She has rich experience in handling multiple Transactions & Deals and providing end to end support involving advisory, due diligence, transaction documents and closing activities.
Before joining the Firm, she had been handling legal and regulatory function for Healthians, an Indian Diagnostic Company headquartered in Gurgaon. Apart from regulatory and legal matters, she regularly advised, drafted, and negotiated contracts and documents for day-to-day business operations of the company. In addition, she has hands on experience in handling POSH Matters and sensitizing employees against sexual harassment and has served as Presiding Officer of the Internal Complaints Committee constituted by Healthians.
She started her career by gaining industry experience with Companies like Tilaknagar Industries Limited and Four Seasons Residency Limited, where she handled regulatory and compliance matters with precision.
During her career trajectory, she also worked with reputed law firms like Trilegal and Singhania & Co. LLP.
